CDF Annual Report 2015
The year 2015 was in many ways a year of transition and consolidation for the CDF. The Fund, which formalised its first Country Assistance Programme (CAP) in September 2010, offcially closed its first cycle just under five years later in June 2015. The Board of Directors and Management during the course of the year took a number of strategic steps to set the platform for a seamless and guided transition into the second funding cycle. Primary among these was the finalisation of a five-year Strategic Plan, spanning the period 2015 to 2020.
