The CDF Grievance Redress Mechanism provides a channel for stakeholders to submit concerns related to CDF‑funded or managed projects. Please use the official documents below and follow the submission instructions contained therein.

The Caribbean Development Fund (CDF) recognizes the importance of meaningful stakeholder engagement and responsible project delivery across its Member States.

Our Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) ensures that any person or organization affected by, or concerned about, a CDF-funded project has access to a clear and transparent process for submitting complaints, raising concerns, or providing feedback. The mechanism is designed to promote accountability, facilitate timely resolution of issues, and ensure that stakeholders have a voice throughout the project lifecycle.

CDF is committed to reviewing all grievances fairly, objectively, and in a timely manner. Complaints may be submitted through multiple channels, and requests for confidentiality or anonymity will be respected. Complainants receive regular updates on the status of their grievance and may escalate the matter through established channels if a satisfactory resolution is not achieved.

Lessons learned from grievances are used to improve project performance, strengthen environmental and social safeguards, and enhance outcomes for stakeholders across the region.
