Terms of Reference for the development of an Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) and Gender Action Plan (GAP) for the Rehabilitation of the Theobalds Water Treatment Plant in St. Lucia

The objective of this project is to restore the TWTP to its original design capacity of 10.8 million
gallons per day using materials which would allow for a minimum design life of 50 years. The
project consists of three main components:

• Rehabilitation of the Theobalds Treatment Plant
• Renewable Energy and Pump Automation of Pump Control (SCADA)
• Rainwater Harvesting and Public Awareness
