This MOU provides a broad framework for collaborating in the delivery of services to select Member States of CARICOM, as the Caribbean region seeks to forge closer economic integration within the framework of the CARICON Single Market and Economy (CSME). Some areas of cooperation are: Enhancing energy efficiency and renewable energy capacity amongst CARICOM Member States; Promotion of youth entrepreneurship in the CARICOM region; Access to financing for sector-specific and community-level Infrastructure projects and Small/Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs).
