The focus of this MOU is to address the issues of lack of collateral and/or balance sheet constraints
encountered by Women SMEs in the Caribbean in accessing financing for new technologies in the
renewable energy and energy efficiency space. The use of the CDF’s Credit Risk Abatement Facility
(CRAF) will support this action.
