The focus of the MOU is to create a framework for cooperation with transparency and efficiency in the areas of common concern related to the uptake of renewable energy and energy efficiency in all sectors of economic endeavour, including the OECS Eastern Caribbean Solar Challenge and the CDF’s Credit Risk Abatement Facility (CRAF) which seeks to incentivize additional lending from local financial institutions for renewable energy and energy efficiency in Member States of both entities.
