This agreement seeks to support capacity building activities within the CDF to be able to design, prepare relevant bankable project proposals to various climate finance institutions on behalf of Caribbean governments, private sector and regional entities. It also seeks to strengthen implementation capacities and monitoring capabilities amongst staff of the CDF.
