Through this MOU, the parties have agreed to collaborate in areas such as promoting climate change adaptation strategies in the sustainable development agenda in member states; strengthening of resilience of the most vulnerable economic and social sectors to climate change; promoting investments in activities to lower emissions arising from tourism and promoting clean energy; as well as improving aid effectiveness.
